You are not forgotten

We have been so busy living – so much has been happening, all good, all exciting – we  haven’t had time to blog about it! So we thought we would share an image of one of the story cushions, some new brooches, one of our tree lavender bags filled with sweet smelling Norfolk Lavender and a beautiful soft handknitted mohair scalf.

Its one of the images taken for a new book which will feature leading designer makers and we were invited to be included. The authors had seen our work and it is a real honour for a new business to be included alongside some of the most established names in the designer maker world in London. We will tell you more when its published in around 6 months time.

The other, totally unconnected image, was taken in the garden yesterday afternoon. Its been raining so much we havent been out and clearing up. But the tangle of foxgloves, stipa gigantia, shasta daisy (I think its snowcap but I may be misremembering) and ivy is very beautiful and we are enjoying the chaos against the formality of the box trees in pots.

Right we must go, new music to listen to, new books to read, new things to design and make, new places to visit, new food to cook……….and we promise to be writing regularly again soon. We haven’t forgotten about all our friends out there in blog-land!
