Wales: The adventure begins

We have just returned from the most perfect holiday. Eight days in a lovely cottage on a hillside in Wales. We will tell you more about the cottage soon, but now we are sorting through hundreds of photos and thinking about which adventure to share with you first – the forest trek, the heritage houses, the day at the seaside, Portmeirion, the tiny steam train up through the mountains, the found-photo album?

Wales is known for having a lot of weather but we have had bright white sun almost every day. So once the van is unpacked, the clothes are sorted in to piles and the washing machine is on we will start writing our blog posts!
